1在轨道接头未焊为一体的情况下，应满足以下要求：
1）接头处的高低差不应大于

4）对正轨箱形梁及半偏轨箱形梁，轨道接缝应放在筋板上，允许误差不应大于value="15"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">15mm；
5）两端最短一段轨道长度应放在不小于value="1.5"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">1.5m处加挡铁；
6）轨道纵向坡度不应超过0.5%；
7）固定轨道的螺栓和压板不应缺少，垫片不应窜动，压板应固定牢固；
8）轨道不应有裂纹或严重磨损等影响安全运行的缺陷；
9）当大车运行出现啃轨或大车轨距：S≤value="10"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">10m时，△s＝±value="3"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">3mm；S＞value="10"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">10m时，△s＝±[3+0.25（S-10）]mm，且最大不应超过±value="15"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">15mm.
2大车运行出现啃轨时，跨度极限偏差检查要求：
1）采用可分离式端梁并镗孔直接装车轮结构的跨度极限偏差应为：
①S≤value="10"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">10m时，△s＝±value="2"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">2mm；
②S＞value="10"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">10m时，△s＝±[2+0.1（S-10）]mm。
2）采用焊接连接的端梁及角型轴承箱装车轮的跨度极限偏差：（通用桥式起重机）△s＝±value="5"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">5mm，每对车轮测出的跨度相对差不应大于value="5"hasspace="False"negative="False"numbertype="1"tcsc="0"w:st="on">5mm。
